Change of Mind

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if an item:

  • Is faulty or damaged on arrival

  • Is significantly different from its description

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Assessment of Claims

Once we receive your claim, we will assess it and determine the appropriate remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund (only if a repair or replacement is not possible)

Exclusions

This policy does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions

  • Damage caused after delivery

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
